400 with dual four barrels 

I just saw that come up on TM. It is a nice looking car, but once again only one garage space that's taken up by the '57.  And to be honest, I'm not a great fan of the look of the 1955/56 Ponchos.

The only one I have ever seen in nz is owned by a guy named Paris 

he works at the toy shed in Rotorua … his is a two door hard top

I am not prepared to test my luck with the boss ! 
I just burnt all my brownie point buying a tunnel green house for my hydroponics ! 
and the buying that ve Holden for its motor to go in the 63 wagon. And my new fuel injected Stihl chainsaw … sooo 

yeah nah !!!:rofl:

The grand kids and I are in a major sand castles build today … 

I got sucked into doing a wedding in the caddy tonight !! Fun fun 🤮

Back up in the 50's N a beautiful day. Getting lots of yardwork done. Gave up, last I saw the Lions were down 28-0  damn near the temp spread to FLA.:stars:

it was good to see my mate Brin out in his Lemans mate, that car is super stock and he doesnt drive it !!! 

Brin is a drag racer and runs a t bucket with a super strong Pontiac motor 

one day i will get some more pictures and details and share will fp :dancingpontiac:

nude nut owns the bonneville and he rebuilt the 350 in it, he is working on removing all the paint and clear the shiny steel ... i said to him good luck with that !:rofl:

interesting you say that mate ... at least of half the cars i posted from sundays breakfast have been imported in the last 15 years !

Now that everyone knows the value in an old car, all sorts of crap that should have been crushed decades ago is commanding top dollar. Remember the Holden Gemini? Now an emerging classic. 70s Mazda rotaries like the R100 are stratospheric. HQ holden 4 door Kingswood with a bench seat, 3 on the tree and 202? How does 40k sound? Ridiculous. The Yanks always had cars that we salivated over: all Ford, GM & Chrysler had to do was to allow local manufacture of those cars. Much cheaper than a standalone country specific model. Don't matter no more - it all went down the toilet.
