Frosty, It's been awhile since I've posted on forum! Open heart surgery at Cleveland Clinic in January ( bypass and pig valve ) but went back to work April 1 and got the Bonney's rear shoes put on, new rear tires, and rear axle seal replaced! Oil and filter and front brakes adjusted Good to go for the season!! Took her out to Watkins Glenn International for opening day and had a BLAST!! 3 laps on the road course ( with pace car ) but still hit 90 mph on front straightaway!! What Fun !!

Say what?????? Dude! I hope everything thing is okay for you and the Bonney!!

Glad you had fun at the Glen! I was able to do something similar with Black Beauty at the National Corvette Museum’s Motorsports Park in Bowling Green a couple years ago on Power Tour. This year’s FP calendar has a shot of me on the straight away at NCM! That was a badass experience for sure! I think you would agree! How often are we able to legitimately open our rides up?

Welllll, maybe not legitimately, but 155 from Cleveland to Ashtabula @ 4 in the morning in 1970 was pretty exhilarating! In the day I had the tickets to prove it! My Bad.

Best I can do is 155 on the Autobahn outside of Munich, in a VW Golf.

Yep! They’ll do 155 for sure. I’m sure some eyes rolled, understandable. The 155 was in the “67” stingray we raced at that time. It was street legal, but heavily modified.

137 MPH speed limited in my 1995 US spec BMW M3 E36 on a Belgian autoroute at about 5 o'clock in the morning. Me and an RAF officer that I worked with at SHAPE HQ were headed to Spa Francorchamps to meet with his brother who was the lead telemetry guy for the Ford Jackie Stewart Racing team.

This was a Formula 1 testing day, not a race day (the next day) but we spent all day in the pits with his brother. I got to meet Jackie Stewart and Prince Phillip that day. Good times.

Mine was in a 65 Chevy Biscayne 396/turbo400 ! Troopers didn't think it would do that and gave me alot of crap over it ( I asked them to clock me ) and we left it at that!! No Tickets!rolleyes

Briefly uncovered the front of the car for the first time since we covered it up back in November. Honestly forgot what it looked like in person; to me it was just stunning to see it after all these wintery months. Creeping up on 1 year ownership on May 24th, so that'll be worth some form of celebration.

When I uncovered the car there was also someone else creeping around the driver's side front fender

Tell me about! That’s were I usually park the Roadmonster. However it’s the only spot I can put that big sumbitch along with the rest of my toys.

Trunk latch on the Camaro has been sticking for a couple of months now. Tried greasing it and realigning it but nothing worked so got the part in today to just replace it. Straight forward compared to the battery in the wife’s Blazer the other week.

Got the winterclutter cleaned up and out of the way. Charged the battery's and moved the ATV back to the shed. Should be able to try and start the Sunbird so I can pull it outside to install my Christmas bling and maybe even get my 1st ride of the year.
