  1. OOoooooooo.............................me likey!!!...................... Thanks for posting that!
  2. Its an Eastwood color called "Burn Out Blue" also known as "Intense Blue". Brighter than the original color.
  3. Tell me about it! I'm dying to see it in color!
  4. Heres a shot in primer.
  5. What could be better to look at than a bunch of COOL Pontiacs!!!
  6. Finally!!!!! Prix went to body shop yesterday! I'm seeing progress!!! When the tow-truck driver started her to put on the rollback he exclaimed "Damn, that sounds good!".
  7. Its gonna be "Burn Out Blue" from the Eastwood catalog. Supposedly the painter will be ready for me the week after Thanksgiving. Cross your fingers!!!
  8. I got this car from the original owners widow. At some point he had done a driveway paint job on it. Unfortunately, he laid a BUNCH of paint on it. It was very thick and brittle. I didn't want to sandblast or chemically strip, so I loosened it with a heat gun and scraped with a razor blade. Took about 2-3 months of just a few hours at a time. Was kinda relaxing actually. The car is really solid and I was surprised to find very little repair work.
  9. Here are some shots of the before and after with my G.P. Rebuilt 400 with mild cam. Rebuilt TH400. New Exhaust. Currently waiting for my paint guy to get me in. Completely stripped with a razor blade and a heat gun.
  10. Its called "Burn-Out Blue". Its from the Eastwood catalog. Kinda brighter and deeper than the factory color. You can sorta see it in the hood jams where I painted it before installing the hood.
  11. Heres a little better pic of my Pontiac man-cave.
  12. This is what she looks like right now. Heres a pic of the Vintique Wheels and tires I'm gonna use.
  13. Got it stripped for a repaint in a bit brighter blue. Engine and trans have been rebuilt. BTW, I had a '70 LeMans Sport convertible for 25 years.
