If I can find yellow overlays...

Bulk film would work, like lamin-x. Mine was cut from a roll of film, and I then trimmed it to size once it was in place.

Ah. I need to find pre-cut pieces. My fogs are recessed a lot in the bumper, tracing out their shape would be a PITA.
