Nah, it matches the bottom half of the tails, and keeps cops from bugging me.

Nice shots!

Thanks guys! I'm glad I finally got my FujiFilm's manual mode dialed down now.

Om nom nom indeed! Nice shots. I can't wait to have enough time to clean Xe up and get some updated photos of her. Lordy, it's been ages. I also have a new DSLR to play with, so hopefully that will inspire me to get out and do more photography. Woo!

Love:

Double post, lady.

And thank you!

ARGJHGLKD, the internet did something weird and it never actually loaded this page, I had to close the browser and start over again. WTF. My roommate's computer's internet completely stopped working like twenty minutes prior-- his wireless card or driver or something just went kaput. SOMETHING IS IN THE AIR.

Anyway, you're welcome.

Yes, the CAI is off, I keep getting codes for the IAT sensor, I think I got a lame one from the parts store...and I really don't feel like ripping apart the stock hose for my original sensor. =/

I took second in my class, if anyone was curious. An 02 T/A beat me out. But I beat a V6 Mustang, so I'm happy.

My buddy's custom lowered '01 Dakota. He took first in Modified Truck.

Sal Sr's Dodge Charger SXT:

Fun Fact: my slow GAGT kept right up with this Charger on the long straights of our route to the show. HurrHurr.

(Added info: I made peace and smoothed out issues with myself and Sr during the winter. I'm not "apart" of Unknown, but I do ride with them.)

Thanks to my buddy Eric for the pics. I had a few, but he took more than me.

Chaos,

I'm out of the loop, but what happened to Sal Gianni?

Cool pics, stealth looks good. Engine bay isn't that bad, seen way worse.

I've never understood the usage of propping your hood up with something so it's only about 1/4 open and you can't see inside nor the top of the hood really... Your friends truck is more and you can actually see inside a bit but why not just open the damn thing?

Sal Sr's Charger ain't bad, I'd remove the dodge ram head decal on the side and the stars on the headlamps. I actually really like the green on the grille too. Good to hear you patched things up with him.

ahh... The GA looks fabulous. Still in love with it. Hoping to be able to talk Des into buying one since we got rid of the GP. On a side note, I really wish I could participate in shows like that... man... that'd be fun.

Chaos,

I'm out of the loop, but what happened to Sal Gianni?

Sal Jr was killed in a horrific car accident on July 27th, 2010. He was a very close friend of mine, helped me with a lot of mods and ideas with the GA, got me into a serious car club for awhile, and most of all...one of the most loyal pals I've ever had.

His accident was classified as a hit and run...here's the kicker...it was a Suffolk Sheriff that hit him. From what I've been told, (which isn't much from the family, still under investigation...) the officer that hit him was NOT in pursuit. No lights or sirens. The Sheriffs have always been known to target modified imports (Sal drove a heavily modded Scion xA) and their grudge with Sal was seemingly different. They were always harassing him...the Sheriffs have such a bad rep to begin with, and they're the least respected branch of law enforcement in the local area (Suffolk County PD, NY State Troopers, Suffolk Sheriffs) but they brought that upon themselves.

It's a shame, but it may be years before real action is taken against the department.

Oh, it is. The pics make it look prettier than it is IRL.

The reason for that is if the judges are overlooking your car, it's already propped for them to open, just in case you aren't present when being judged. It quickly went from just an idea to a common look at shows.

The Charger TECHNICALLY is Denise's (Jr's mom) but she had to work that day, and Sr took the Charger. Sr's 07 Mustang is still being revamped. Denise had the custom etched sidemarkers made up. She also had the Dodge logo made up too, since they have their own vinyl cutter.

Yeah, I patched things up. Denise and Jr's sister Becky missed me being around.

Thank you, sir. These cars do have a bad rep, many riced out ones are common on ChodeDomain because of idiotic teenagers, but they're fun daily drivers to have. Just mod them the right way.

Rally Armour makes them, but I'm not crazy about the +$100 price tag...although they're so legit.

Yeah they are rather pricey, but oh well. :) Cool shoot man.

Thank you, sir. That field gives off a graveyard vibe to it...but not in a creepy way.
