My $1300 tax return came in yesterday, bought my new (reman) starter. This morning, my buddy Javier installed the starter for me while I was at work. The Grand Ma lives once more!

My only quibble...I don't like the sound of the new starter...

I love how my prog thread feels like a blog now.

New direction for the car's appearence:

-ditch the broken, hazed, ricey headlights for amber corners

-steel wheels are staying on, acquiring Impala 9C1 center caps, and chrome trim rings

-looking for a cheap new or used Crown Vic or Impala push bar

That's right...I'm gonna make this shit look like an unmarked pursuit car. Grand Ma style.

The Gen coupe? You're thinking of Alex, he's fallen in love with those.

I'm gunning for a '12 Focus or '11 Regal. The Cruze and Sentra SE-R being backup choices. All with a manual of course.

I thought you liked hyundai's too for some reason idk. I would rock any of those cars there all nice, I would get a Focus ST out of the four but the new wrx looks promissing. The wrx is what I was on the fence getting before when I wanted a car.

I do like Hyundais, don't get me wrong. The Sonatas and Elantras out now are insanely nice.

Joe: I'd rock a Cruze, but them offering no manual with the LTZ is a shame.
