    Try resizing the photo to about the size of an avatar. I had to do the same thing with mine. The new forum avatar setttings doesn't resize it for you

My post count has been at 99 for a week, I never know when or where it will go up...

At least this place doesn't treat post count as an indicator of worth like most sites do...

I have noticed that, but most sites they treat all new members like crap and anyone with a low post count gets ignored, this site doesn't seem to do that.

When I am on a site and they are bragging about how many posts they have as if that means they are better for it I generally leave because it's not the number of posts, it's the quality of the post and the poster that matters. (anyone can spam up a message board with useless posts just to get that number higher)
