I'm not even going to touch that one.........

I'm not even going to touch that one.........

That's because you already HAVE an LS1 d00d. :lol2:

There's plenty of turbo F-body V6'ers in the 12-13 second range. It's just more of a challenge, and more rewarding, IMO.

:nom_noms: :lol2:

No worries, Joe. Sam and I are tight.

I just like pushing his buttons. :lol2:

Thanks. The V6 modding was part necessity and part experience builder. You have to start somewhere, and might as well learn on an engine that is pretty stout, though not huge in performance. I'll save my money for an engine in the future, but it'll be a DI V6. Just because I still want to be able to say it is just a six.

My '83 BMW 533i though, that might get a very muffled LS1 to keep the wife happy about me having a quiet 4 door sedan, but still be able to cause neck strain when I get on the loud pedal :lol2:

love this progression!

What ever floats your boat man do it to it! Hope to see more!

Yup, top end goes back on tonight!

And I honestly can't tell you how many times I've heard get an LS1! Or should have got a V8! Lol!

It's okay though, I honestly like being able to finally do something with this car that I've wanted to since I got it back in 2002. I've even got alot of V8 guys in the local area keyed in on what is going on because I'm doing what they had wanted to do before or are interested in seeing something not so "run of the mill," like every other 350 build that happens in the area.

Great progress none the less :(

Progress, just a little. Bout to lay down the gaskets for the lower intake manifold and let it set up.

Break in miles are almost done. Gotta find a key on source for the wideband and then I'll be working all the kinks out of the system.

it sounds like a v8 with that cam... nice!

can you predict any numbers for the car?

Can't predict anything yet. Dyno numbers will not be great as I am running a 3800 stall. It'll have torque out the ears though...

Sounds very nice and intense as well!

New hood or is it being bad and got put in the trunk? lol

"New" hood. Bought it for $125, needs some body work. Nostril is cracked from a side on accident (old lady turned into him). My dad will just do it in his spare time over a weekend.

Hmmmm....

That hood sucks......don't get one.................

will look sweet man.
