nah... thats just milk, pop-tarts, mcdonalds fries, sprite, and all you can think of. also baby vomit to baby poo and pee pee. no the car did not smell bcuz i would try to clean it with that cheap upholstery scrubber you can buy at autozone or stores but the stains were still there.

How'd you paint the valve cover piece?

the engine cover was rattle canned. it has like 10 coats or so of staged paint. its the same x16 neptune blue as the car. i got the paint mixed with clear so i dont have to worry about all the extra drying process. :P

alright guys. i need some opinions on my next project.

im planning on twin charging my car and going with an NX intercooler sprayer to keep the intercooler cold when i run it. I am planning on building the motor to handle anywhere up to 500hp and 500lb-ft torque. I don't expect that much out of my setup but do expect over 200whp daily and 300whp when i run it. I will be going with the GM Eaton supercharger and the t3-t4 turbo kit sold for the matrix XR.

Now to what I need. I am wanting to build the Auto Trans since this car needs to be used by my wife eventually after she learns how to drive. I would love to swap out to Manual but does anyone know a specialist that I can be in contact with that specializes in building Automatic racing tranny's and torque converters?

I will start ordering my parts after I pay off my car in Feb. All the parts will take time to come in so I will be stacking everything before I start the build. I only want to take the engine and trans apart 1 time and get the car running perfect. hope things work out for me. :)

I AM SO EXCITED TO SEE THIS MANDO!!!!!!!

The transmission is gonna be your battle here, what transmission is the Vibe running?

i honestly don't even know the specs. i don't have much luck finding stuff for the 4spd auto trans. but it is the 4spd auto trans with O/D.

I know that is going to be a pain in my neck but i at least want to get everything done right and make sure the car can handle what I am expecting it to. I don't want any huge number since i want it running good and i want the car to last. lol

so that everyone knows, the only mod i did was the CAI bcuz i was planning on doing this. I didn't want to spend money on my exhaust and all the other NA crap if it will be replaced and a waste of money. lol

so a buddy of mine sold me some parts for the vibe. just got them this weekend. hehe. i figured i would take advantage of purchasing the parts and start my parts collection for my project.

the parts aren't much but its an underdrive crank pulley and a Front upper strut bar. couldn't pass on the pulley bcuz it was brand new and the strut bar was a plus. :lol2:

Strut bar looks great and its BLUE! :lol2:

its actually painted blue. originally its polished aluminum. I am going to sand it down and shoot it with the x16 paint. their are a ton of little knicks on it that need some smoothing off. hopefully I can smooth it out so I can paint it nicely. I can't wait to start on that.
