It's hard to get pics when holding the steering wheel in one hand the gear shift in the other + focus properly with Joe fading quickly behind you!  & don't forget trying to get an image through that purple haze! Hendricks anyone?

I grew up in the 80's one hand on the wheel one on a beer scanning for cops,no fear!

I grew up in the 60s, steer with the left knee, power shift with the right hand cigarette & beer in the left hand & when you weren't shifting your arm was wrapped around your girl who was so close to you a piece of paper wouldn't fit between you. COPS! What cops! Where I grew up it was the sheriff dept & they were seldom around. Ahh! The good old days! Thanks Joe now I'm depressed!

Loaded up and ready to go!

The only thing i was concerned with is a mini starter. should be here tomorrow from summit. i have NO room for a regular starter so this was a must. the rest i can get if needed at any parts stores on the way.

I'm getting there. I've started packing the car. More to go on my part. I planned to be fully packed by Thursday. I leave for Indy on Saturday afternoon.

I downloaded the venue maps, route directions, the Haggerty celeb schedule, points of interest, and hotel reservations to my trip book.

I still don't have a car running yet.  Tranny $$$ is now going into Momma's ride that is now in the shop.  Bird runs but has the backfire I wasn't able to find.   Get the RPMs up to normal shift point and get a major backfire.  I was able to get partial turns on exhaust manifold bolts, thinkin it has to be a leak at the manifold or connection, rest of exhaust system is welded.  Still have the prob. Any other suggestions to check from the crew here?  I can't think of much for idea's on backfire through the exhaust.
