  1. Oh man!... that's too funny!! I had the sound turned off when I posted... what a dope!
  2. Not exactly the same, Frosty, but maybe built by the same company? The Monster Garage Firebird looks more like a Testarossa than the Tojan. >https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PcPncBEbBSw
  3. Yep... could definitely see Crockett and Tubbs driving around in that!
  4. Welcome to FP, Henry! Love the G8 GXP, so ! IMHO, the G8 GXP along with the Solstice Coupe GXP will be the most collectible late model Pontiacs in the years to come.
  5. Justa... your Pontiacs are beautiful! Nice location- perfect setup for your Pontiac zoo... er, warcamp! Looks like you were indeed in a tough class if your Sunbird and the Willys and '54 Ford didn't win anything! Love your Pontiac totem pole! That is so different and unique from the usual show signage... I really like it!
  6. Yeah, we get that all the time... that's actually Black Betty's evil step sister of the North- Black Beulah.
  7. Gee whiz guys... thanks a lot!
  8. Borrowed the neighbor's 1.21 gigawatt flux capasitor and traveled back to 1968...
  9. Black Betty and I are honored to be POTM! Thanks to all that voted not only for Betty , but all the nominees. Let's keep POTM going strong!
  10. Whew!... I need to rest after reading this, lol! Here's how it goes with me... Detailing is fun for about the first hour and a half, then it starts to becomes some sort of great quest, then you're taking more breaks, then you're like "well nobody's going to look there", then you notice your arm is moving but you're not sure how because there is no feeling left, then you say to yourself "well... I'll get up extra special early tomorrow before I leave for the show and finish up then"... of these finely detailed Pontiacs when you're done!
  11. Wow!... those... um... Mexican CGI race simulation videos are the most realistic I have ever seen!
  12. Glad the Justa zoo is up and running again- the Bird and Goat look fabulous! BTW... love the old school Mickey Thompson Indy's on the Goat!

Copy and paste the web address in the forum thread. Thanks Ghost... it was a great show.
  14. I went to the Susquehanna Valley GTO (SVGTO) Club's Pontiac show Saturday (8/16) in Landisville, Pa. It was quite a haul (3.5 hours!), but Black Betty made it up there and back with no issues. We were in the 1964-1974 stock GTO class. It was the largest class with 17 REALLY nice GTO's. I didn't expect to win anything, so when they called my name for best in class, I was shocked! After that, the ride home didn't seem like 3.5 hours, lol! Hope you enjoy the pictures... http://s931.photobucket.com/user/us_strat/slideshow/Show_8_16_14?sort=6
  15. Ghost, Ringo64, JUSTA6... thanks for the congrats, that best-of-show was completely out of left field! JUSTA6... awesome pictures of equally awesome cars! Killerspeed101... so sorry about your GP! Dealing with the insurance company can be a real drag- when you need them, they usually force you to do all the work and then pay as little as they can get away with. Also, I will never ever complain about our potholes- apparently you guys are dealing with moon craters!
  16. Went to car show today with 60+ really nice cars, trucks, and motorcycles. This is the first show this year that I forgot my camera... grrr! They handed out the top 15 awards and they did not call out my number, so I started packing up my show gear when they called out top truck, top motorcycle, and then best-of-show... Black Betty!!!! Woo-hoo! She didn't get a giant trophy, just this swell plaque...
  17. My Goat gets about half that when it's idling, lol! Seriously, that's great mileage for a stock GP let alone a highly modified one like yours. Beautiful Pontiac you got there and a great picture too! BTW... you got some more pictures of the Pontiac Nats that you can post?
  18. It's all good... we think 30th TA is one beautiful Pontiac! Congratulations 30th TA!
  19. I went to a show yesterday that was 73 miles away so that I would not see the same cars that come to the shows around here. This one was kind of unique because motorcycles and tractors were invited also. There were 172 vehicles, but only one tractor showed up and it walked away with Oldest Running Tractor, Most Unique Tractor, and Best of Show Tractor trophies! Anyway, here are the pictures... http://s931.photobucket.com/user/us_strat/slideshow/Show_7_26_14
  20. Man, I would love to go... I just wish it wasn't 400 miles away!
