  1. I want to, but I am having trouble uploading them to Photo Bucket. When I upload a picture, it is ultra slow and only gets to about 25% and then quits. I have never had this issue with PB before. I'm not sure if the problem is in my PC or my modem. If anyone has any ideas, I would welcome them.
  2. Oh good... mine will be the super rare CafePress edition then!
  3. Impressive pair of Pontiacs! The SD Formula is a high five to low six figure $$$ car all day!
  4. Nice job, very Foose like... subtle, and yet you're like "wait a minute, something's different here!"

  7. ...of the great airplane intersection in the sky! Took this shot this evening...
  8. Black Betty and I will go kicking and screaming into winter and refuse to be put away just yet! Cleaned and shined Betty today and me and the Mrs. went cruisin'!
  9. I am so envious/jealous of Frosty/JUSTA/notallthere and your mad mechanic skills!
  10. During restoration last year, it was changed from the original drum brakes all around to front disc brakes, so everything associated with that change was new. I don't know for sure about the A-arms and sway bar, but I do know the springs, shocks, bali joints, bushings, etc. were replaced with new.
  11. Must have been defective because the front suspension is only about a year and a half old.
  12. Well... it turns out that I broke the left front lower ball joint and bent the left outer tie rod. Also, there was slight damage to the bottom of the left front fender. I got Betty back a couple of days ago and the wife and I cruised fifty-some miles today and Betty handled like a dream... very happy with the repairs! Hagerty sent an adjuster to look at the front fender and the are sending me $708.04 to get it repaired. Here is a picture of the damage which is kind of hard to see. Mostly it is cracked paint with a little bit bent metal. Here is Black Betty today, no longer slammed...
  13. For the Dec. POTM SE, can the picture be a couple of years old?
  14. Let's see... '61 Bonneville convertible, tri-power, 4-speed, 8 lugs, posi... Wow! I guess you do wish you had a time machine to get that one back... worth a LOT of $$$ today!
