  2. We had a great night at the club Qizz night and got to catch up with some great friends, we got an invite to go see how my mates super bird build is going along, he is a complete mopar nut and even has a christine so a couple of other mates are meeting up with us for a cruise to his shed, and i thought it would be nice to drag the 72 out and dust off the cobwebs, not sure when the last time was, might have been out late last year or so. best give her a spin

  7. Bit of an up date, the auction for the hoist closed with no bids, i called the guy and made him an offer and its all good to go,πŸ‘ explained how i am out of action and he was cool about it, so i will touch base with him next week and make a plan to get it. its a 4 hour drive away and its too wide to fit straight on a trailer, so it will need to be either pulled apart or tipped on its side to get it narrow enough to be legal on the road, which i think will be the easy way, i can make a timber prop set up and then strap it down. biggest trick is that, i can lift squat 😏 so then there is the plan once i get it home on how the heck to get it off the trailer and into the shed in position certainly worth it as the brand new version of this lift is 11k first things first i need to make dinner again for the boss, and build up my brownie points to get it, then let her know what i am buying!! heheheπŸ‘
  8. feeling a little better JustA, boss was out all of yesterday so i cooked dinner and while frying, the bloody frying pan spat at me and no joke it nearly riped me open! the pain was like a 11🀒 today am much better ,walked to the letter box and felt pretty good. still bored stiff... but got word that my van is all fixed and be ready late this afternoon, so i will get the boss to take me into town and drive it home....😏 fingers crossed i can drive... will see...AND if that goes ok, i am going to have a beer !

  11. i have a 2 post in my shed and its great JustA, wish i had it years ago, am well and truly over climbing under cars in the cold, on your back in the winter. back when i was young, all i had was a dirt floor carport, and it was really hard during winter. now that i have a caddy with x frame i have to get a 4 post just to get under it. but really it means i can stack the caddy and plymouth so i can get my work van back in the shed. its a pain in the arse de icing the van every morning to go to work. I am trying to order some wheel cylinders and dont know which ones are correct for the 64 bonniville??? rock auto have a listing for wide track axle??? whats that???

  19. hmmm, hmmm, hmmm beeerrrr ruuuunnnnn gees thats a catchy tune Now JustA, i like your idea about social distancing for the cars!!!!! i am going to buy it, but she wont be happy.. my point of view is that she wanted the 59 caddy and i am not allowed to sell the plymouth and my work van, that earns us money is stuck outside all winter and this is the solution..... how does that sound????
