Today I couldn’t help myself ! I had to visit the torture museum !!! That justA made me hungry !!! so we enjoyed a waffle maple syrup waffle chocolate dipped topped with blueberry’s boss had caramel on hers And more shopping !!!!🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮

aww loved norm !!!! Frosty , one of the storeys they told us at the Heineken factory was , in the early days the workers received 3 tokens per day for Biers , but because they didn’t want to drink every day most would save them up for Thursday - Fridays and all hell would break loose !!! , till one day the factory caught fire ! They stopped the token system after that Cheers

Today we went to visit the niece at her home in bussum , a twenty minute train ride from Amsterdam … Amsterdam central train station Tickets and trains are very easy here Even got to see a real windmill Yet not one single Pontiac to be seen anywhere !!!😢😢😢😢😔

The boss and I are ready your guys posts while drinking a local beir called Dutch life 🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺🍺 Did you know ! ……. The lovely lady yesterday at the heiny factory was tell us , larger bier ( Dutch for beer) should have a good head of froth on it to trap the co2 from escaping ! … I never knew that ! This was our own private sampling room , that only 6 of us vip got to enjoy some different beers And we all received a nice personalised bottle with our names on it

Today we took a vip tour of the original Heineken brewery ……. There was only 6 in our tour group and it was a hell of a lot of fun ! here’s a few pictures I took ,

Mate , just finished the Heineken factory experience 🍺😊👍😜been there for 4 hours 👍🍺think we need to eat !!! Or I think the boss is gona be falling over

The boss has a niece living here mate , we met up with her and her 2 kids yesterday for lunch ,

In Rembrandt park we found a nice steak house , the sirloin was perfectly cooked with a side of wrongways favourite onion rings and grilled corn 😜 And I justA had to try another local beer … swinckles … which was very nice … and cold 👍🍺

And a few places we visited today around Amsterdam and Utrecht which is a 21 minute train ride out of Amsterdam Came across this crazy lady ! Check out the pretzels !! And it wouldn’t be Amsterdam without crazy cookies …. And lots more interesting drugs!!! , the smell reminded me of standing over the vents from the sub way in New York !!

Our first whole day here and what stands out is transport ! Bicycles are clearly the favourite way to get around along with trains and trams Amsterdam central … trains are super easy to get around on here !

Haha , that’s why we have smart phones frosty ! I am 10 hours behind home and your 6 hours behind Amsterdam Monday

First thing !! Lunch !!! with a Heineken 🍺

And the winner is last Indian !!! we just got in .. we have been flying for 21 hours and 2 flights ! we flew over Lake Superior and across the bottom of Greenland and here we are in Amsterdam ! We were booked to fly via Dubai ! But they had a one in a hundred year rain storm and our flights where cancelled !! so the boss made new bookings via LA !
