Well that is what happens when they are pitted and severely aged. The need to be restored

there isnt a quick fix to brighten them up for one day? and the car looks great!

Wrong! That would be my classic collection of 8 tracks, cassettes were used in handheld recorders back then. LMAO

My bad, cassettes and 8-tracks seem to blend together in my mind. I use CDs lol, which is a 90's thing..

When I was in school tapes were currant then at the end cd's came out. If you had a cd player you were a bad ass. My home stereo had a laser disk player when movies first went digital and the thing was and still is bad ass! Movies were $80 to $100 buck for that thing. I still have it and it still works great and the pic quality and sound is still top notch!
