First full days cruises we started at New Plymouth with a cruise to Stratford then onto Hāwera

Oh I can't wait for car show season to return around here. Looks like the cruise there was quite the turnout. I like that '57 Stude and the '56 DeSoto, but wow that '59 Caddy Fleetwood Sixty Special was just gorgeous. And the '68 Grand Prix caught my eye too; don't see that particular year all too often. And I like the '55 and '57 Buick wagons

Joe ! I thought the skulks was a nice addition ! I spotted a 36 ford coupe with skulls in the flame paint job , I will see if I can get a pic today … it’s the big park up in the centre of New Plymouth today and the guys are saying there is 700 plus cars entered.

Wow - what a great turnout. I reckon there are more Yankers in UnZud than are left Stateside! Some quality machinery there. My fave was the patina'd Ranch Wagon. All those things need are a set of wheels and a decent stance - job done. And so many Pontiacs too!

I'm taking a break from house renovations tomorrow and will take Ye Olde GP out for a quick burn. I haven't driven it for weeks.

Some more great pics; I really like the '60 Chevy and that '59 Buick was somethin' else. There's a white '59 flat top Buick here in town. Also I seen there's another photo of that '68 Grand Prix; really like that one, and also the '69-70 Chrysler 300 convertible was cool. My friend's got a '69 Newport he uses to drive to and from highschool
