JUSTA has a point though. More repetitions with 2 oz curls more times a day. Helps build stamina!

Yes mate, went well, not feeling too bad, they wanted to give me tremadol and i said no thanks, the pain isnt too bad.

even though its a private hospital.

hospital still suck, they are for sick people! 

doc says i have to have 3 weeks off! stuff that i have things to do!! haha. 

have been looking on line at headers for bonny and rang up and ordered some shorties, 👍

 oh and emailed the company thats going to rebuild my ball joints.

 

There is one item that i really dont have alot of options on and thats the auto trans mount to x member.

can only fined them on ames and fleebay

Foods ok Frosty, had lamb shanks and roast veg for dinner

would have been nice with a ice cold Heineken

Last time I was in the hospital I was eating Cream of Wheat. Ugh. I still remember how much I hate Cream of Wheat and hospital food in general. Yours looks like bloody gourment by comparison! I've never seen lamb served at a hospital here before. You're a lucky man Kiwi. Glad to know you are on the mend. What sort of restrictions are you under at the moment?

Looks better than what I got in the hospital. I was in for heart palpitations so was in the cardiac unit and had to have the "heart friendly" meal. Baked chicken with nothing on it and veggies. Worst meal I've ever had for $1 grand...

I dont  have too many restrictions, just notA  loud to leave, they keep checking my blood pressure and feeding me antiflam pills.

its 2 am here, cant sleep as they have these air bag things around my lower  legs that pump up and down like a massage to help blood pump back to heart.

At least they could have done was put one morer air bag around your privates so if you have to be awake - you al least can enjoy "the massage"- or don't you have that kind of health care coverage in NZ?

Since you haven't left the hospital yet, they haven't told you what your not suppose to do yet. Things like no driving for 2 weeks, no operating heavy machinery, no animal husbandary, no lifting anything over 3 kilograms (this especially means no keggers! or 24s), no hauling lumber, no playing with the Bonnie. Have no fun except blogging with the those degenerates from the states.

my point of view is that she wanted the 59 caddy and i am not allowed to sell the plymouth and my work van, that earns us money is stuck outside all winter and this is the solution..... how does that sound????
