    3 weeks of vacation I have to burn before the end of January. Plus the guy is a friend on FB. I'm pissed he didn't let me know he'd put it up until after I'd blown my Christmas savings.

    Do some consulting on the side or something. What I did at my old job. Had 4 weeks vacay and just continued working through it consulting at home.
