Hey Kiwi, that's funny. My Olde Girle is not the sort to have ever been eyeing off the young men in nightclubs...so I believe, anyway. Having said that I believe her number is scratched into the wall of the local Hamilton phone box with "for a good time, call..."

Picked up a 2015 GMC Arcadia for the wife. Finally got into SEC State and plated. New windshield installed in her old ride, all detailed inside N out yesterday, gettin ready for sale. Exhaust came in today for my truck. WOW...in mid typing, my neighbor came over to let me know he wants the Ol Escape if I'm gonna put it up for sale.!!! Gonna pick up the exhaust and hope to geter done before the temps hit the 90's. UGH -

How much would a valve guide bit run? Spring compressor is simply unexcuseable if he really does headwork.

You JUSTA can't seem to catch a break man. While it's true most all heads are all aluminum these days, kinda funny he's accepting work knowing he doesn't have the tools to work on it. I was laughing as I hit the submit button, as then your post went. Figured I had ya beat by .10 sec. holeshot. Somehow ya beat me on the big end!!!!

For 2g more than a GTO I know of......It'sa great deal!!!!! For what you can see, looks pretty good. Wondering about the rust situation on the floor pans, rockers, trunk. The underhood rust probs are easy fix. I'd buy it.

Experimenting would get costly quick. But I'd be dumb enough to try a metal blade on my ban saw. Set the depth guide @ 1/2 and make an L shaped piece to go on the square (so your material being cut rides up on the lip of the L) Never used on anything as thin as 30ga, but have cut thin plexi strips like that. Seems like copper would resist bending and cut fairly well, while moving very slow. Can't leave me hangin....how did ya cut it??? -
It will all blow away before they can get it home on the trailer!! Actually a Saudi Prince bought it, sent the guy a check for $15,000.00 as he didn't know what the shipping cost would be. Told him to cash it and return the extra $6900.

17 year old building a 1970 lemans drag car
JUSTA6 replied to 1970lemans's topic in Pontiac Progression Place
You guys Musta missed he's building a 535 with the help from the co owner of allpontiac. Using some of the parts from the 350. Agree with Frosty and Last Indian. 8 second car is not streetable, 10 sec is really the outside limit. 11's as Last Indian said would be a realistic goal (and fastest car in the school parkin lot!) and both brought up the safety issues that must be met to run it on the strip. They are there to keep you safe. Now I'm late to the party as reply's are already in front of my post. -
Welcome to FP. Did anyone mention we like pic's.

You are exactly what we like to see around here. Young guys pickin up the torch and keeping the Pontiac spirit going. Welcome to the site! Look forward to watching your build. -
A convertible frame is by far the strongest and would require the least work if your planning on building a high HP ride.
