Man, so sorry to see that. I know how you feel and just hope that repairing isn't too traumatic.

They did a good job of it. Genuinely feel for you. Where are they going to find body parts??? They'll have to rebuild what you have.

Did you smash the dude's head into the side of his car or were you dragged off him? Tourists coming to Australia get into all kinds of trouble.

I recon Paul’s doors are the same as Chev ! So he should be able to find a four door pillarliss , it looks to only be that back door

Hopefully it hasn’t worried the b pillar !

Trim is going to be the fun part to find !!!

Best call Dave at Ponti world Paul 👍

Hey there,

Long shot I know, but I am looking to source the trim pieces for the passenger side rear door and ¼ panel.

If you have any or know of someone who does, that would be fantastic.

It seems to be just the door & ¼ - the window itself is undamaged and winds up & down unimpeded. Even the door handle itself is ok.

But the trim 😬

Sadly, it was a tourist coming from SA. Still say we need better borders to keep the morons out of Queensland...

Happy days...the external holdings have arrived (10 days ex-Arizona!), and are in near perfect condition. Thankyou Steve Barcak of Pontiac Heaven.
Car goes in next week, so all going well I should be driving it again by end next month🙏🏼

That's really quick Delivery, the shipment he sent me last year shipped on December 10th 2024, and finally arrived at my house April 14th 2025. It took the USPS over 4 months to get it from Arizona to Michigan. I had given it up for lost when it finally arrived! I am glad your shipment went much better! I agree Steve is great to work with!

Update - repairer has found some rust we weren't expecting once they removed the sill panels to repair them.

He's going to repair this for me when he's in there, which will give me peace of mind moving forward.

The door skin has been repaired & tacked back on, and many of the new pieces have been fabricated and even fitted up.

He has a heap of photos of the process which he will send through to me at some stage - when he does I'll post them up.
