Don't have an answer, but the Gran Prix crew will be along soon. Sure they can help you out. Welcome to the site.

I'll walk out shortly and take a look at mine bro. My door panels are off. If I can find them, I will try to get you a picture.

By the way, welcome to the forum. You got any picture of the ol' girl? We love pictures.

Have you gotten a hold of a '63 shop manual for your car? There should be several exploded views or diagrams of the window assembly and one or more of them should show these parts. Perhaps there are copies of those diagrams online.

If I had to guess, I suspect they attach to the window in order to adjust it back/forth/up/down in the window channel so it goes up and down correctly in the door and window frames. I will defer to Wrongway since he can readily look at his car.

I believe Mr. Frosty is correct, and I'm not sure of the actual part name. But I was able to stick my phone inside the door and snap these pictures. If you need any other pictures justa let us know bro. The green dot shows the back side. The "bracket" with the rubber goes is at the back of the door, the side with the lock.

yip Wrong ways corrcet ! they are the stopper for the window tracks to stop the glass going down too far cheers

and .... welcomeFP

All correct! They stop & adjust the glass in the down position. In this way you level the glass correctly at the window felt so that it just stops under the felt lip edge, I.E. can't see most of the glass edge, but not so far as it goes past the side felt that is part of the whole window felt that keeps the glass from rattling! The longer one with the buffer felt, or rubber on the right angle is specific for either the front or back, but it's been to long now for me to remember which one.

Looking for type of fuel filter for 3651s 3378 rebuilt carb I putting back on

Previous owner put after market carb on that I am replacing, I don't think its the paper type not sure

Ken - I could be wrong, but I believe the '63 Grand Prix had an inline cannister style fuel filter between the fuel pump and carb. At this point, you can use an AC Delco replacement or another off brand fuel filter, regardless if it is all metal or see thru.

Pretty sure Frosty is correct on the canister filter between the pump and carb. Mine was an old ugly metal can like the picture Frosty posted and located justa above the fuel pump when got my car. BUT, somebody swapped the engine in my car for a 428 so I can't say for certain the was the factory location. I ended up changing mine out for the glass style fuel filter so I could see what was going on the there.
