  1. I have a set of 15x7 (Front) and 15x8 (rear) chrome Rally IIs from Wheel Vintques. This is my immediate plan. If I had the extra cash I would go for a set of Foose Nitrous SEC wheels. I like the faux bead lock look.
  2. We are happy to help. Keep us updated on your ride as a whole.
  3. Well this is sad, but I guess it should not be unexpected either. It seems Duane Fisher passed away in 2017. I didn't know that until just now. RIP Duane. I will take good care of Lucy! https://obits.mlive.com/us/obituaries/flint/name/duane-fischer-obituary?id=11175537
  4. Without looking at a Pontiac Service manual for a 301 engine, this looks like a water temperature sensor, especially since it is next to the thermostat housing.
  5. I was going thru my firebox at home. I keep the titles to all my cars in it along with other important papers. I went to the bank and had them sign off the loan on my pickup yesterday. I ran across this envelope. I’m sure I’ve said in other posts about how I bought Lucy. I found her in an ad in a local Auto Swapper mag back in 1995. I make an appointment to see the car with a guy named Duane Fisher. The car is located near my old high school. I get to the house and this blind guy answers the door, complete with sunglasses, a white cane and all! This turns out to be Duane, the owner of the car! He lost his eyesight in a hunting accident. So here is a picture of Duane from his own stationary.
  6. I want to get back into it. Now that I have a garage, I need to figure out a way to manage the fumes/ventilation and manage the over spray without getting it all over the garage and my cars. Once I have that rigged up, I want to get back into it. I have the compressor, my Awata airbrush. I also need to go through my paints. They've sat on the shelf for a long, long time. I will have to assess what needs to be pitched and start over.
  7. Welcome to FP and the Pontiac madness that surrounds us. I also own an '86 Trans Am, I'm the original owner. I also have experience in airbrushing. Sadly I lost my garage to do it in about 12-15 years ago. I am just now getting to the point where I can think about airbrushing again. I really like your Phoenix and the true flame you used.
  8. Congrats bud! A well earned win!
  9. Lets us know how god the Flowmasters sound. I went with a Pypes system back in 2004/2005. It is also 2.5” mandrel bent kit .
  10. Most auto parts stores should be able to order one even if they don't stock one. The OEM replacement is from AC Delco According to Advanced Auto Parts, the part number is Part No. B2040352431ACD. Cost is $13.80. This should be a readily available part from most auto parts stores. What seems to be the problem getting one where you live?
  11. Yup, I thought so! https://youtu.be/JEyp2p-bzcU
  12. For Ringo and 360Rocket
  13. Kiwi's passenger instructions when he flew to New York and back.....
  14. I am not happy - when I came into the garage yesterday. Water has clearly come though the door or under the wall. There is snow built up in front of the doors (I didn't photograph that). The snow is melting and there is not real good place for the water to drain to. Bad design if you ask me.
  15. Went to a small swap meet yesterday. I picked up another AC Delco sign. This one had "Quality Parts". I might swap the "Batteries" sign for "Quality Parts" and mount the Batteries sign somewhere else.
  16. I hear a huge cha-ching coming from this side of the Pacific mate! Ames thanks you for helping them meet their sales goal this month!
  17. There is a guy who cruises the Woodward Dream Cruise every year in a ‘68-69 Pontiac Bonneville station wagon. It has a 455 in it. He has a sign that says “This car makes up for 10 Priuses”
  18. Looks like you have some good bones to start with.
  19. You are most welcome. Please keep us updated on your progress.
  20. Don't worry, we have all seen our share of "rotten" cars. I've been on Hot Rod Power Tour twice and I do the Woodward Dream Cruise every year. You will not believe the POS that are still on the road for those events! So nothing will surprise us. We stand ready to answer any questions you might have. Bring on the pics bro!
