  1. Phhffffttttt......I think they got off light....either guys weren't paying enough attention to the signs or they have a lot of you-know-whats running around in Moscow. In America, the proper thing to do would be to sue the crap out of the advertising and trucking companies....right comrade? Da!
  2. Lots of good pictures to choose from this year. Its going to be hard to choose only 12.
  3. Maybe it should be: How much Woodchuck could a woodchuck name Chuck chug if a woodchuck named Chuck could chug Woodchuck?
  4. A cord if you give him enough time! This is how much wood that a wood chuck named Chuck can chuck if a wood chuck named Chuck could chuck wood. Right Chuck?
  5. Joe, there was a perfume that was a joint venture between Hillary Clinton and Elizabeth Taylor back in the late 90s. It was part Hillary and part Liz's "Notorious" perfume ....it was called....wait for it...."Clin-torius". But that has nothing to do with Cargo Vanna White does it?
  6. I have purchased carpet and seat covers from them. This is top notch stuff. I am very pleased with their products. If they are 45 minutes away from you, then you can probably talk to them directly in their office/show room and ask questions and save on shipping too !!!

  8. Personally, I'd ditch the turbo altogether and go for the LSx conversion plan. Now that would be a killer sleeper!!!!. No replacement for displacement....especially with LS9 or LSA motor!!!!! http://www.performanceautowerks.com/catalog/index.php?cPath=185
  9. So why not get a new, unblemished front bumper like notallthere suggests. get it painted and mounted, and then purchase a retractable license place holder and mount it up front with a toggle switch in the drivers compartment. License plate retracted and visible when in Californ-i-a and retracted in the land of Sin City. Hot rodders have used retractable license plate holders in the rear of their cars for years that retract once the ignition is started. http://www.pfyc.com/GN1046.html http://www.ebay.com/bhp/retractable-license-plate
  10. Guys, I have some pictures of Pontiac experimental cars as well as some that are in the GM Heritage Collection. Would you like me to submit some of those as well? I don't want to ruin other folks chances with their rides however.
  11. My '72 Lemans in front of the 1932 Standard Oil Station in Odell Illinois on Route 66 My Lemans in front of the old Vinsetta's Garage (before it was converted into a restaurant) with a '33 Willys 5-window hot rod on Woodward Avenue.
  12. The 43rd annual POCI convention will be held July 21-25, 2015 in Louisville Kentucky. The host hotel is the Crown Plaza Louisville Airport hotel. Registration information can be found at the links below: http://www.poci.org/ https://secure.poci.org/POCI_Annual_Convention_Registration.cfm
  13. The 36th annual GTOAA national convention will be held in Columbus, Indiana on July 7-11, 2015. Contact information and host hotel information can be found in the links below. http://www.gtoaa.org/nationals/ http://www.gtoaa.org/wp-content/uploads/2015info.pdf
  14. I have experience with cat-backs on my 3rd gen Trans Am only. They are Edelbrock and sound great. My question is what do want from your exhaust system? Do you just want it to sound aggressive? Trying to get more horsepower? Allow the motor to breath better? Set the foundation for power adders later on? The answers to those questions should help you answer your own question. If you are going for more power and engine mods, then you need to engineer the total package. If it is sound only - go with axle back. The more power you add, the more you need to re-engineer the total exhaust - including hi-performance catalytic converters. So what are your plans for your G8?
  15. What are going to replace and what are you going to keep? My upholstery guy told me to purchase my reproduction seat covers directly from Legendary Auto Interiors, don't even look at PUI. He said that Legendary has the most accurate reproduction gain and accurate material available. Go directly through them rather than Ames, YearOne, Performance Years, etc. They are just middle men and mark it up for stocking it and shipping it to you. http://www.legendaryautointeriors.com/page/catalog.download/87.html For those things that Legendary does not carry, then all is fair in love, war, price, and shipping. I tend to buy things from National Parts Depot only because there is a warehouse here in Canton Michigan that is 90 minutes from my house, so I can save on shipping costs by buying direct that way. You may not have that luxury. So shop all the catalogs for the best deal (including shipping). As for part quality, I have had good luck with Classic Industries, NPD, YearOne, and OPG.
  16. I wonder how many parts vehicles were needed to build this? Two at least for sure. I like it since I've seen the Pontiac Engineering Grand Am El Camino experimental car.I have also seen the Flint MI Explorer scouts put together a turbo Regal El Camino with Buick's help. I've even seen a Buick GSX and Trans Am versions as well.
  17. I agree with notallthere, you have the symptoms of water leaking into the engine and eventually the crankcase. This will damage your engine if water instead of oil is pump where oil-only should go. Check your oil as soon as possible. If the oil is milky, then you need to get the vehicle to a good mechanic to take the engine apart to find the leak and fix it.
  18. Am I allowed to actually drink the rubbing alcohol or is it strictly for topical purposes? I was under the impression that you had to wear the "I'm with Stupid" T-shirt as a public safety warning. No one likes Moose Head beer. I already hate the French do I get the job?
  19. Aussie Falcon - think of Mel Gibson's car in Mad Max.
  20. How big is the bandage if we have to catch bullets, arrows, howitzer shells, scud missiles, and the occasional javelin? Is the administering of Bactin involved in the post trauma evaluation? For safety purposes, are you required to wear a "I'm with Stupid!" T-shirt at all times while your prospective employee engages in the various job elements you've described? Are we required to like poutine and Moose Head beer or just simply required to be able to get it down without public regurgitation? Are peeing for distance competitions going to be a regular thing that will require us to train frequently? Do we have to be able to speak French fluently or can we simply sound like a very bad Maurice Chevalier whenever we are in Quebec or when you are making fun of any Frenchies?
