So I heard a buddy was in the mitten state and I tried to meet up the rightway, but messed up and Wrongway found me!!! Was very cool to finally meet you bud. Hope the trip home went smooth. Tryin to snow/sleet/rain and the storm went from the thumb all the way down to Ktucky. Hope we can line it up to get your car up here for the Dream Cruise. All happened very quickly. Mentioned next time a lil more planning should be involved. He asked about you N Indy. Mentioned the Dustoff and or maybe Woodward.

I was going to post something last night about us meeting up but didn't know where to post it . It was truly great to finally meet you bro and can't wait to do it again! And thank you again for the sign, I'll be putting it on the wall later today.

This is totally my fault Snowman, I had an apt Tuesday in Novi and reached out to Justa on the way up to Mich. Justa rearranged his day and drove an hour in the rain and sleet justa to meet up with me in a parking lot for 30min, what a guy. I was already headed back to Ky by 10:30am. We did talk about y'all and giving advanced notice and me possibly spending an extra day next time so we could ALL meet up.

Wrongway, I think it's great you were able to come up and make some time to see us....albeit briefly. My hat is off to Justa for coming to see you. With a little notice, I could have re-arranged my work schedule and been there too.

Next time, we need to plan a little further ahead so we can coordinate schedules. Next year's POCI Convention and Woodward Dream Cruise would be ideal opportunities to come up. I hope we can work it out.

Yes, I will try to be in the Detroit area for Woodward next August, too. I missed it by about two weeks this past summer and won't make that mistake again. With family in East Pointe, this is an easy trip to justify.

Well, that was discussed and hopefully we can. But when your heart Dr calls Friday and says he needs to see you first thing Tuesday morning it makes advanced notice bit a hard.

This will be the best Dream Cruise,,,, ever! Guys N Gals we will need to plan ahead so we can all get parking together. We can check with our Widetracker club to see how many we can add to the club parking. See what we can do for Hotel room reservations. I know Ringo is chompin at the bit.

I would suggest start looking at hotel reservations now if Wrongway can commit to the WDC. Hotel prices and availablity get worse the closer to the date of the WDC.

Woodward would be a great time to meet but I can't commit to anything yet. So as of right now, I'm supposed to be coming back up for a series of tests in May and then back up in Oct or Nov for surgery, the test will dictate that. We are trying to move things around and push things back so one of those appointments line up with the Dream Cruise or the Dust Off. The problem with scheduling with this is a heart Dr that spits time between Novi and Southfield, 2 days a week at both and spends the other day traveling to U of M or Royal Oak Beaumont teaching, Then the pacemaker clinic guy I deal with is Tuesday- Friday and then setting up the test with the hospital. Add in 2 kids, a wife, money our daily schedule and the time to travel out of state once we get all this lined up. You can see why it can be a bit of a problem. We're trying to make this work, but if not than we may justa have to meet up somewhere else. I will let y'all know in the next couple of months as things come together. I was lucky enough to be able to meet Justa this trip, and I'm really looking forward to meeting up with the rest of y'all as soon as we can.

If the dust off or Woodward doesn't work out time wise, just give a heads up and we could all try and sync schedules to grab a bite to eat at least. I'll make sure there's pictures if I'm there!
