Hello!

great to be part of this forum! I just purchased a 1950 Pontiac, Silver Streak coupe.

Fairly “crunchy” but the frame and most body panels seem solid. Came with the locked up, original flathead 6, and a 1974 Chevy 250, 6 cyl.
This will be my daily driver, something to just have fun with.

I’m old school, love these things!

Looks like she could use some work but sure looks like a good project! Look forward to seeing your progress. Let us know if you have any questions!

Can't wait to watch your progress.  Welcome to FP.

Welcome, you have a great piece of history there. Can't wait to see what you do with her. So are you going to try and get the flathead rebuild or run the 250?

I love the art deco touches: the hood & trunk chrome adornments and the font on the gauges. What a cool looking car, and what a contrast to today's snap together moulded plastics and generic bland looks.

welcome :welcomeFP: this is going t be a fun build 👍
