Just picked up a 67 Grand Prix and plan on restoring and keeping it. 

Congrats on the purchase. Looks like some work is needed. What are the plans?

After having bought and sold a few classics before kids. I am finally at a point to get another one to keep this time. My daughter is grown and married with a son of her own. And my son is in high school. Found the 67 Grand Prix in North Carolina. Was supposed to be a running driving car that just needed paint work and rust holes in the trunk. Was about to 150 miles each way from where I live in Georgia. Was surprised that all the windows work in the car seemed in order. Although even though we test drove before purchasing I still had a left rear wheel come off on the Way back about 100 miles into the drive. Luckily I got it safely to the side of the road and it wrote on a roll back the rest of the way home. Already took care of most of the damage from that. Luckily just brakes on that side and the lower bracket where the shock attaches. Now to repair the rest holes in the trunk. Got some new. Carpet and headliner from Ames performance. And then I will work on the paint work which at least the rest is surface.  Although I’ll have a couple different paints to see them through😆.

Thank you. And yes I have a bit to do. I added to the story responding to a earlier comment. I have some trunk pans to do and going to do a little bit to the interior. Then paint would be after that. And since I recently got the car I am sure there will be some surprises along the way.

Count on it. There is often neglect that rears its ugly head eventually.
