35 muscle cars to bring back and 10 that shouldn't

I somewhat disagree with the '74 GTO on the 10 that shouldn't list. It had the best power to weight ratio of any of the '64 to 74 GTOs. Yes, it was an X-body and not an A-body car. It looked more Nova than GTO. Remember that the insurance companies, unleaded gas, net vs gross horsepower ratings all signaled the death knell for all muscle cars, not just for the GTO. It didn't help that Pontiac had introduced the Grand Am on the A-body platform the year before to compete directly against the '73 GTO either. So GTO sales were plummeting anyway.

I think the only real reason that the 80s Grand Prix made the list is because you could only get a V6 or the 305 gutless wonder V8 in it. It had beautiful yet conservative styling unlike the sport styling of the Monte Carlo or Grand National. Now drop a crate 350/383 in one of them, now you are talking. Also you will notice that the Aerocoupe Grand Prix 2+2s were not expressly called out either even though only a 305 was available in them.

Yea, but they had the cool/distinctive  back window.   There was a black N gray 2 tone package on the early 80's Prix that was heart melting.  Paid cash for the Sunbird or almost went into a loan for the Prix.

That's why it's called Click-Bait - for a reason.

39. The highest revving engine inside of a production car is in the 2008 Ariel Atom 500. It reached 10,500 RPM.

At one point this 1969 Lamborghini Espada was his only car. It now has somewhere north of 100k miles on it.

1994 McLaren F1....What is your 1994 vehicle worth if you had to guess? Well, Jay’s McLaren F1 is reportedly worth a cool $12 million. He says while he doesn’t have a favorite car this is the first one he would try to save from imminent disaster if he had too.

I had a look through that list: lots of errors there. It was a Mazda Cosmo, not Cosmos. Capri Perana was NOT based on a Falcon. Torana SS did NOT have 'welded wheel flares,' and the pic of the Austin Healey 3000 was actually an Austin Sprite. AND some of the file photos were of modified cars. Moan, bitch, grumble...calling the list Muscle Cars was also misleading. Some great cars, but not all were muscle.

The Yank cars deserve the 'muscle' tag and rightly so. But UK, Euro & Jap stuff is not to be sniffed at - it's just that they aren't muscle. Fast, stylish & capable, sure. To discount the E Type Jag and Datsun 240Z as rubbish is wrong. If it wasn't for constant innovation, we'd all be driving Corollas. I'm tired, thirsty & hungry. Where the f#$%'s dinner, bitch? Oh...it's my turn to cook tonight.

I would only speak to you guys like that. Although insane, I'm not entirely stupid..mind you, some of my past decisions would question that.
