dont do 12k lights

you should do some exotic color in the fogs or Highs if you dont use them.

Everyone has 8k I don't wanna be like everyone else I was gonna go purple but decided not too. You guys can be like everyone else but I'm not gonna be.

In the case of HIDs,

visibility > looking cool and original

It's bad enough you don't have projectors with the 12K, the glare to oncoming cars will be insane. My combo isn't so bad because I have 6000K, and I have black housing headlights, and the lack of reflective material inside cuts down on glare.

The G6 looks good with projectors, while the GA doesn't. Take advantage and get projectors with 6000K or 5000K. Cops hate colored headlights anyway, and with 5000K or 6000K cops will not bother you since their color looks close to factory HID setups.

they look pretty good. i need day pics out in the sun. i think, with white rims with the red striped lip would help alot.

  • Author

Its a start i dont expect them to look the grestest right now till i get everything pieced together but so far i do like it. Also i will get the professionally painted when time comes so they dont chip

so what color rims are you going with?

White with a red lip would look tight.

DOO EET.

looks good Jake did you clear coat it? that should help alot with chipping.

Oh man that looks great!

Only issue I have is it just kinda blends in with the rest of the car, probably just because its in dull light from the garage and the ugly bumper holes/covers are distracting me :agreed:

I see your point about the holes....

Jake you should buy a new front bumper.... one without holes.

oh and the red looks good but it does kinda blend in.

I think it has the blending in issue for two reasons.

A. The red is the same hue as the black grill. (Making the red a bit more glossy may help.)

B. The red G6 bleads into the grill surround. (Maybe take off the emblem or move it a bit futher away from the edge.)

Now all of this could be just the pics.?.?.?.......

But I still like it! :agreed:
