Out of all the people that I have wanted to meet he is probably the one of the ones at the top of the list.

So long Carroll.

I saw that, it is to bad but at least he was pretty old. We had a 2011 GT500 Super Snake and two 2011 GT500's at the auction today.

Ford fans loose there god! RIP

Nothin but respect for the man. He was truly an icon.

This truly makes me sad. :(

The man was a living legend, and helped design so many cars, from his original iconic A/C Cobra, to the Viper, and his Shelby series of Mustangs, old and new. Even the turbo Chrysler K-cars from the 80's, the Dodge Omni GLH pioneered the idea of a hot hatch, turbo front wheel drive sports car in the states.

He will be missed.

:(

This is a massive loss to the automotive community. He was a great man.

my grandfather is devistated he worked with him in the 60's with the camshafts in the 429's, he was a role model for me and i think my career path will be chosen at the end of this summer
