Duplicolor makes a great kit, but it's not in a spray...to my knowledge (Lurk on Duplicolor's site) the kit, you actually brush on the paint. So you don't have to take apart the calipers at all, and minimal, if no masking at all.

Get a 3400 engine cover and paint that

Not too sure. It never sat right on the top, and the oil cap never stayed on. I painted mine, and sold it for $45. Not bad considering I got it for free.

hey thats a supper good ideaa!!

i used Duplicolor Chrome. its more of a silver than chrome but nice. or use a metallic flake base. white GA has it here on the interior. red interior paint.

here is the "Chrome"

and Anodized Blue (transparent blue) in 3 layers.

I was never a fan of the newer Ecotec covers.

Just curious, why not paint up the valve cover itself?
