  5. no ! there is no dust cover on the booster/ master set up, the cylinder simply fits into the front of the booster . thats only on a manual system where the push rod to the pedal has a dust cover
  6. nice work del !!!! you could be a plumber i note that your old single outlet master cylinder had the c clip that my booster rebuild man warned me about !!!! those eyelets in the c clip dig into the front seal on the booster, hopefully it hasnt damaged your booster !!! now tell me !!!! how does the 64 brake ?????? glad you and your family where safe, we saw the media coverage, wasnt pretty !! both the boss and i commented on you and Ringo . 👍

  9. nice work andy!!! it is crazy how they used to put so much current load through the ignition switch aye !! no wonder why the contacts burnt ! i do like how you have tucked the relys behind the battery tray 👍 thats a great hiding place for them, i should do the same on the bonni
  10. hi Del, no i havent done the swap yet, but Fitzy is on his 65, i dont think a proposioning valve is required as its drum- drum.
  11. and still a little 64 bonni waits her turn to go spin her tires.... when is the sun going to come out down under
  12. More parts arrived today … my ls rear sump kit …..the little labels on the dip stick and pick up state... "made in canada with imported parts" thank god for that !!! i thought they came from china And engine mounts … which includes an adjustable ls to Chev plate then stock Chevy engine mounts … someone had already made mounts on the crossmember in the 63 as she used to have a big block in there 👍 for anyone reading this and thinking of using a LS into a widetracker, you are going to have to buy these parts , justA starter! i am sure i am going to find i need more parts, and since this is my first LS into a car, its gona be fun ! i am sure nothing will fit or work, but i am sure the end result will make for a wayyy better cruiser i do know i am going to have to find a alternator bracket kit to relocate it up from under to the passenger side... have not found a kit yet, and really if i dont.... i will make a bracket. i am wayyy ahead of myself ! i still havent had time to pull the LS out of that black commy/g8 !!.. oh look its beer o'clock
