I was wondering what was up with all the Star Wars avatars. haha. Is it cool if I have me in my Vader costume with my car, Chaos? (Since you picked Vader already, I wanted to check) If not I will gladly switch to Luke

I voted and I didn't vote for myself! haha. I looked at the past winners and I chose from the two best models that had not been represented yet as a winner. It was a tough choice between the two. Oh...and thanks for the nomination...I had no idea! hahah. The pic used has my car with my daily driver "beater" wheels on! haha

Thats a nice simple addition...great work. I'm liking the exterior silicone enhancement pics as well! heh heh

Very Nice! So, I'm guessing that your gonna keep the engine cover since I'm sure that custom paint couldn't have been cheap. But it is nice that if you wanted to you can pop off the cover and still show off a polished beast of an motor. Keep it up and put as much Pink on it as you want!

Jakeman's 09 3.5L Summit White G6

Tinted tails look great!! Man, I love the red accents on the front! Really makes it stand out. -
yah..its still sitting there. I have to get the supplies to polish it and then purchase the GXP rear valance. The money I used for the intake was originally going to be for the valance which is around $300.

Okay...posted up in my progression thread. http://foreverpontiac.com/index.php?showtopic=933 -
haha..yeah. Someone told me that it only takes me 17 seconds to put the top down. That's not too bad! ahha New Performance Modification Added a Fujita Dual Filter Cold Air Intake to replace the stock intake and K&N filter. Video of the intake sound - "ROAR!"

My next mod for the Solstice

Just spent some time trimming down the 90 degree elbow on the throttle body side by 1/2inch so it would sit a little lower and not rub on the hood insulation. Quick fix..only took about 20 minutes! As for the video, I'm going to go and take some now. Top up and top down. I have an in-car camera mount so it should work pretty well with my little digicam and I know of a nice stretch to really get on it. Will post it later today. -

I did take before and after vids from inside the car right after install but you can't tell a difference while its stationary. I'll have to get different video while the car is in motion with load on the engine. -

NICE! One of my favorite Pontiac commercials is the Montana commercial with the owner driving around picking up cowboys and others while never stopping. I wonder if its on youtube? EDIT: yup here it is... A classic! [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9lkoI9FRaq0 -
There is a key to winning and that is CLEAN! haha A lot of judges don't know particular mods or what has been modified a particular way. Most will judge on the most base aspects. Number one being cleanliness. If the car looks and FEELS like it just rolled off the assembly line, then you are well on your way. You have to be crazy about it. Nooks and crannies where no one looks and the usually dirty areas of the car like the wheels and wheel wells. If you can find dirt or buildup on your car then so can they. Condition of paint matters too...claybar is a godsend for prepping before polish and sealant/wax. A must do! Before a major show(the ones you pay money to be in), I would take 3 days off of work and have a checklist of areas to clean. Which would include craziness like cleaning and waxing the underside of the car and even removing the tail lights to clean the body area behind them. Chaos, your car deserves to have more trophies, so go out and hit as many shows as you can and start stacking them up. You'll meet a lot of cool people in the process too.

Welcome welcome welcome to the coolest all Pontiac site on the net! -
Doooo whaaaat? hahah Do you know how difficult it was to carry all those damn plaques outside!? ahha I'm not a big fan of plaques, but down here that is what most shows give out. Trophies are the koolest! haha

Looks great!...love tinted tail lights on the Charcoal cars.
