My dad has an Aztek. I want it. I have loved Azteks since the concept came out.

If you have to replace the alternator ever, I'm sorry. That was one of the most painful jobs I ever had to do. Otherwise my dad's Aztek has been a dream!

Welcome!

Im in the new york city area. I have owned the aztek for about two years now after my sister had it. Just regular maintenance like fluid changes. I've done the brakes, knuckle bushings, hub bearings. Other than that the aztek runs great. I do plan on performing a tune-up sometime soon. Wish i could have my aztek look like that. Not sure on the versatrak fluid but the last time i was in for a oil change,i had them look at the fluid and the mechanic said it was fine. Fluid was pretty clear and no groans coming from the rear end. If anyone on here knows of something else i should do when i do my tune-up please feel free to let me know. Thanks.

I'm not too far off from you, I live out in Suffolk County, Long Island.

Keep up on oil changes, these engines are fickle about neglect. Also, speaking of fickle...make sure you use AC Delco or NGK Iridium plugs, and nothing else.
