Funny thing is that my dads 2010 Chevy Equinox 'M' gear doesn't even work. Its broke when they fixed the computer. Well, at least its better than the alarm going off when you opened the door with the key. LOL

I can agree with you on that, but's not just Japanese cars, it's just the cars in general. Nobody takes care of them. I mean, look at this:

muwrhe.jpg

This is from a 2010 Chevy Cruze with 5,000 miles on it. Horrific.

WTF I hate people like that!!! why in the hell would you get a new car if your going to do that to it!?!?! Can you amagine what there house/room looks like!?!?! I have seen my fair share if this grossness working in the car industry too, it always just blows my mine.

Wow the Chevelle does not look that bad and it has no floor right now.

I cannot remember where I heard it but 80% of the vehicles in North America sold are autos. On the other side in Europe 70% are manual. So it is a sign of the times because on a trip today over half of the people on the road were plugged into their cell phones while driving.

Half of my vehicles were born with manuals and one is being converted to a manual.

I prefer the manual transmissions over an Auto in daily driving but if I lived in Toronto I would not want a stick as the bumper to bumper traffic would be hell.

The nice thing is that if you have a manual fewer people ask to borrow your car.
