X Forsyth County B4C...Cop car...I was pulled over by this particular car/Deputy and given a ticket for Exceeding a Safe speed...20+ years ago...It is owned by The Retired Deputy that this car was assigned to..When it was new...

Went to the Midway NC...Cruise in today...

1966 Catalina..First time I've seen this car... 

1956 Buick Special...

1951 Cadillac..Have to Love the Chrome Titties and Tail fins.. 

Especially like the Factory V-8 powered 1978 AMC Hornet AMX...Can't remember the Last time I actually saw one in person... I have No doubt this car could walk the dog... On a stock GM  F-body (Trans Am/Z 28)...V-8 Fox body Mustang of the same time period....Very cool car...

The owner is a young kid...Who has "issues"... He recently inherited this car...And he likes the way the "Grand Prix" lights look...So he drilled holes in bumper and put them on...(thinks they're the coolest thing since individually wraped Cheese slices) They're not even hooked up...But he is extremely proud to have this Pontiac...He was instantly mobbed by the local car hack/scumbags trying to take advantage of his "issues"...It l is realistically none of my bussiness...But if there is anything I can do to help keep the opportunistic assholes from taking advantage ...I will...

All good, not making fun.  Those are very expensive lights, of course he likes them!  Glad guys like you are there to keep him inspired, we need more of the young ones.  Pass him the link to our Pontiac family here.  We are not really all that bad.

I found some old pics of some of our Racing Activities...circa 1990/1991...I didn't even Remember they existed...As you can tell they weren't stored in a picture friendly Environment...But I'm going to put them up anyway....

I Still had hair then...That particular engine shown in the black and white program photo...Was an Autozone $500 dollar .060 over with cast pistons stock rods and crankshaft..Short block...The good engine had blown up a couple weeks earlier...We had no money and we wanted to Race...We put our race cam and the cylinder heads on it...And plumbed it for the Dry Sump Oiling System...Everybody laughed at us...And swore that It would never stay together in High RPM operation...The engine stayed together The rest of the season...And took us to a fifth place finish at North Wilkesboro that year..It Blew up While unloading off the truck back at the Shop...

I have been on a going on Organization spree here lately...This what I came across today (had forgotten They Existed)...Alot of High Performance Pontiac Magazine...Most but not All Issues...from 1994 to 2012..All of them in good shape...

Will be attending the local Midway NC...Cruise In today...That is if my Car will start this Morning...The Battery is 7 years old..And May or May Not start without having to Jump it off ☹☹..As there is nothing more Embarrassing than having to Jump start my car... In order to leave the Event...LOL...

NOPE. much more embarrassing to leave the show on a wrecker.   Jump box is pretty discreet.  Wouldn't leave home without it.  Except for last year up at Back to the Bricks.  Thankz Frosty Ol Bud.  He scared the Bird into pop starting.
