  4. Well I’m closing out the show season here in Hampton Roads, with a season finale at the Newport News City Park and the 2013 Fall Classic. This year’s event had the draw of Dennis Gage and the My Classic Car crew filming on site which brought out 250+ Cars, Trucks & Bikes. Great way to end the year. Here is just a taste of the show field... http://s412.photobucket.com/user/SPRINT-6/slideshow/FALL%20CLASSIC%202013 ENJOY!
  5. Early Morning Fog IN MEMORY OF MY GOOD FRIEND BOB JANULE. This image is one of if not the last of it at the track sometime late 05, Bob passed in 2006 and his '67 is now sharing space with my '66.
  6. Nice non-hideaway lights. Cool very Cool. Break out the 8-Tracks! Looks like shes already marking her turf
  7. Hey gang, how about some Automotive eye candy Even with a heavy overcast day the turnout was good. http://s412.photobucket.com/user/SPRINT-6/slideshow/WINGS-WHEEL%202013
  8. BRINGING UP THE REAR AT OUR ANNUAL NEIGHBORHOOD 4TH PARADE
  9. Sorry about that didn't realize I dropped them when I was setting up the slide show for the GTO http://s412.photobucket.com/user/SPRINT-6/slideshow/RED
  10. I'm getting ready to sell a Jim Wangers signature GTO for less then that
  11. Never trust a guy who has more hair now then when he was 30 It took some time but I did dig up the story with the OHC Tempest. I do however have to correct my memory the OHC car was used on the "Race" clone. Cool cars but "I" will never honor a murdered Cammer! Heres the story... http://www.highperformancepontiac.com/tech/hppp_1007_wangers_edition_69_gto_buildup/viewall.html
  12. When I found out that they had bought a RUST FREE 69 Tempest OHC car to use on the 1st build , I immediately called the Camming commission to have a stop order filed
  13. Hey Gang, It's been awhile but we're still here. Recently searching the web for upcoming events to add to my list of possible things to do, I came across an obscure ad posted on a site that wasn't what I would call a main stream. Anyhow two things caught my eye the location and the statement of being the LARGEST COLLECTION OF PONTIAC GTO's ON THE EAST-COAST. Now I thought Really? They better be able to back up a statement like that so I inquired. They promptly replied to me inquiry and welcomed us to attend the FREE event. I thought about it and was on the fence due to it being a 4.5 hr run one way. My thoughts were if I make that run and it sux I'll be pissed. We tossed it back and forth and then decided WTH so early morning the day of the event we hit the road. I'll let the following link to my pics finish the story... Enjoy! http://s412.photobucket.com/user/SPRINT-6/slideshow/PONTIAC%20WOW What a way to start the season
  14. Yea we're ready. Have it set to record incase we are not around. For me following that car is like a wreck, just can't help but look. That poor liitle Gold '63
  15. The Lap Belt Buckle shown above is the Pontiac Deluxe Seat Belts for 1966.
  16. IMO they should have left it as it sat and donated to the new Pontiac Museum. Was a neat piece of Pontiac Racing History. Silly money for none original, body, drive train, interior and so on. But hey to each there own.
  17. Yea that site has been up for several years and whoever set it up has a lot of freetime. http://www.imdb.com/ There is a 1967 Lemans OHC Sprint listed, a fellow Cammer from Italy has that "STAR" Here is a link to his post on it. http://sohcsix.yuku.com/topic/2728/Italianized-67-Le-Mans-Sprint-conv?page=1
  18. Great Place for an event. Have been there many times in the past. POCI has already had a convention there and it was a good site. Also been out to the Pontiac Nationals- AKA; AMES TRI-Power Nationals. Another great event. Agree with the Air & Space Museum being a must see while there. If you have the time you may also go and check out the Packard Museum, it too is a great place ti vistit... http://www.americasp...the_museum.html
  19. Well she’s still here and we’re still not completely finished, but are they ever? Had it out on Turkey day, the weather was just too nice not to take her out. But it’s starting to get cold around here, so I guess she'll have to wait some more.

  21. CORRECTION; While trying to locate more info, on the '40 I came across this Street Rodder blip and it states it's running a '74 455.
  22. Yes that '40 was a one sweet ride. That burgundy paint was so deep. Sporting ’62 KH 8-lug wheels and riding on an air ride system. Driveline was a late model 400 with FI. Owner wasn’t around so no under hood shots. The interior was outstanding; with lots of handmade pieces
  23. Showtime gang, images from the11th Annual show held in Henderson NC. Truly and must see event and a real sensory overload Lots of great iron and Pontiacs were on hand; the last shots are the '63 Lemans drag car we built. It was cool to drive her down main street and give it a quick blast a few times with the sound bouncing off the old buildings it was excellent, my ears are still ringing http://s412.photobuc...mview=slideshow
