  1. Meh, I dunno. My gf has enough watching the two dogs we have.
  2. Dang, been quite awhile since we had a new G6 owner. Welcome to the forums!
  3. Holy hell this is sexy. That ride height is perfect, I love that front air damn as well.
  4. Bumping this, because fun things always seem to happen. Ask me things!
  5. Just FYI, housings like those aren't meant for HIDs or the heat they generate. Find a normal set of housings and retrofit once you want to switch over.
  6. Welcome to the forums! GTP looks fairly good, just not a fan of the eBay headlights. Ever thought of doing a retrofit?
  7. I want to see Frosty's LeMans win. =]
  8. Sam, I still remember it like it was yesterday when you had your 97 coupe.
  9. Saw a 1966 (I think?) Pontiac GTO on my way to Checker's for lunch. Knew you guys would like to see it.
  10. I'm not 100% sure with the 4th gens, you may be able to reflash the existing PCM with the needed fuel mapping and such. In essence, the LX9 is not that drastically different than the L82 and LA1 it replaced.
  11. Lacquer isn't even worth using these days. Acrylic enamel FTW.
  12. Valve guides are common in these 60*V6 pushrod engines, but considering its age, replacing the engine altogether may be a better option. The L82 isn't exactly modern, but you can swap in either an LA1 or LX9 engine. I would consider replacing the transmission as well, the trans from a GAGT, the 4T45E would probably work best because of the more aggressive gearing. LA1: 175HP 205TQ LX9: 200HP 215TQ The LX9 is a better engine, better LIM design and makes more power, as well as being more responsive to bolt on mods and tuning. Either way, you'd need to save up a decent amount, I'd plan on saving at least $3.5K for the swap.
  13. I'm still in a few Grand Am groups, some Accord groups and a bunch of other fun madness. The "group" aspect of FB I spend more time talking on than statuses and such. Oh, my pages as well.
  14. Honestly, it doesn't stress me out...there's a lot of fun things I do on there.
  15. It's not "black" per say, it's the same color the rain guards (ventvisors) people like on the doors of cars, or a bug shield. I'll snag a better pic of it in a few, dead at work today.
