Cleaning the GTO for this weekend. Installed the last interior missing piece. Windshield trim for the headliner. Forgot I found this piece last fall until cleaning the trunk. Sealed the breather leak in the valve cover, so I can sand/repaint exhaust manifold today.

Before this goes too far, can we reverse the colors? I have found many peeps don't wanna wear BLACK T's in the summer. WAAAAY to hot. Justa sayin.

Still think NPD screwed you into new rams with the wrong hoses. Those same rams have been used in every brand convertible made. Got my originals from a 80's K-car (used to raise/lower the hood on the Sunbird) After a mishap of the latch not opening before hitting the hydraulics, i replaced the destroyed ram with one from a 70's caddy. Glad Lucy is back together N ready for some fun.

They had no place to go. I asked if they knew about Camp Liberty (show at Kensington) same day and they did not. Camp Lib also didn't contact me for CRO supplies this year. Also canceled the Vball tournie for the veterans this spring I always play in. They had an awesome display of guns/ gear and equipment. While setting up, a guy was carrying the manikin and I said, WOW no dummy left behind. He was crackin up so bad he almost dropped it. Then had to wonder if that was BOB from Shawns Vega on ST Outlaws.

I'm sorry to report there wasn't a speedo to be found at the swap meet. Not even a cluster to fit our cars. Sorry.

As you can see, I walked around very early after setting up the CRO tent and missed many of the cars after they arrived. Was in a hurry to walk through the swap meet.

Here's a few more.

Beautiful day for a carshow. Setup CRO North, with the help of Notallthere, Registered with he help of Mrs Notallthere. Hung out with JustaG6 and Joe, saw so many old friends. Picked up a few small things from the swap meet, (no matching speedo gauges.....) thats another thread. Joe gave me the biggest smile of the day with a 1980 Mich L plate with Steve 1 on it!!! Said he saw it on Ebay and could not let it pass. Thank you buddy! Joe is thinkin about hittin a couple legs of the Power tour. Lotta driving. Glad to hear he finally got a spare for the Lemans. JustaG6 took a 3rd place award and the rest of us sadly did not. Was moving the GTO over by everyone else for a group shot after the show, and it wouldn't start. Found a bad wire off the back of my ignition switch, got it started and headed home, so there is no group shot of cars or GUESS WHO? Missed Frosty, guess Notallthere only acts like that when your around. We did take our eyes off him for a minute and he got Gnomed... OH MAN. Quick turnaround and directly off to an open house, it's late so I'll hitcha with a couple teaser pic's.

So the HEAD is stripped? From Frosty and Last Indian ( who know alot more about this than I do) Looks like you can interchange parts if needed. Next up....Whats a fair price if I can find a single speedo? Whatcha guys think? Esp you Scarlit, whats the max your willing to go? I can wheel N deal from there on the best price.

Good point, forgot about that Frosty. Figure anything for my 66 GTO will fit.

They have a swap meet @ this weekends All Pontiac show. Will keep an eye out for you.

Rahal dominates the Indycar opener. Chance of rain tomorrow will put a twist in the racing. Rahal's wife Courtney Force had a huge explosion in her funnycar yesterday.

Today was the free day to watch testing and hot laps from the doorslammers up to the Indy cars. Tomorrow.....Gentlemen start your engines!!!
