Do sonething performance wise then not a exhaust. Do some motor work then dual exhaust maybe ok but a stock 4cyl with dual exhaust is rice. You wl most like loose performance due to loss of back pressure bc of more flow..

But it sounds good so that's all that matters??

i think it was stated in G6P that the GT-R exhaust still helps the I4. right? or no?

Y the hell would you put dual exhaust on a 4cyl?? rice is what it would be!!

*facepalm*

You do realize none of our cars (G6's, GA's etc) don't have true dual exhaust. We have dual outlets, that's why crossflow mufflers work so well. You get dual outlets from one muffler. My friend Lizzy has an LS1 OEM crossflow muffler on her Ecotec powered GA, she has has dual outlets, and it sure as hell doesn't seem "ricey", sounds damn good too. Plenty of the GA folks run crossflow mufflers on both LD9 and L61 powered N-bodies, and nobody says they're "riced up".

Crossflow muffler:

The muffler sits transverse, where you see the orange decal, that is the inlet, the two on the bottom are outlets. This is how N-bodies, F-bodies, and other cars without the space underneath the chassis for true duals.

Next time, think a bit before speaking, please.

Also, I read up on the GT-R exhaust, since it's designed for the 60*V6, the mufflers are chambered, so with the Ecotec, it'll sound like poo. The Borla XS muffler sounds great on the Ecotec. If anything, the OEM V8 F-body muffler I mentioned before will sound great as well.

I'm not angry. It just irks me when somebody says dual outlet exhaust on a 4 cylinder car is "rice".

I know Jake knows the diff but its just a common way to say it and most people that have a g6 know thats its just a dual outlet muffler.

anyhoooo great looking paint job back to you.... this is Kent Brockman reporting!

Looks like they did a nice job on the kit. Personally I think that is one of the nicer body kits on the market.
