Here is a good picture from Facebook of an old Pontiac dealer in the Boston area that also sold Vauxhalls. Yup, Pontiac sold Vauxhall's, just like how Buick once sold Opels.

I would have to buy a 72 Pontiac Firenza if one ever came up for sale near me. I almost bought a baby Blue one that was for sale about 25 years ago on PEI. But actually getting it home discouraged the sale. It was actually almost the color of the car behind the Firenza. It is supposed to be the worst new car ever sold in Canada, including Lada's. D

I think that's the first time I've seen one of those. It's kinda cool, I kinda want one.

Exactly my point wrongway, I think they look greatI know they sold Vaxhauls in the US Pontiac dealers for about 4 or 5 years, but they sold them in Canada until the mid 1970's.

I have to agree that this is a good looking car, but I guess looks aren't everything, as these cars were so bad, that after 1973 there were no more Vauxhalls shipped to Canada. There's a short article all about the '71-73 GM Firenza
