Short update. On Sunday, I met the guy I bought the Trans Am fenders from and bought a Trans Am tail light set. Dude still has a ton of parts and I will go back again soon.

This might be an odd question. The Trans Am tail lights have 2 more bulbs per side than the standard Firebird (like my Esprit) has. The extra plugs are smaller. I was going to use Dorman 85814 sockets (because I have a couple) but the 5 watt bulbs seem insufficient.

Is there a better choice for the sockets?

I've ordered 1157 sockets and 10 bulbs for this build. Edit: which turned out to be the wrong parts. I've ordered more parts now. I have no idea if they're right anymore.
