Hi Everyone! Great to be a part of the Pontiac Forum, I am looking all over for a disk brake conversion kit to fit my cad Pontiac Laurentian. Bolt pattern 5x4.5. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You can check the 1963, 64, 65 Hollander Interchange Manual to see if any other similar GM vehicles of that relative body type were running disk brakes at that time for a possible parts bin swap. My guess is that you will have trouble here but I would start my search in the Hollander Manual.

Welcome to FP.  Did anyone mention how much we like pic's around here?  Agree with B52,  try to find what other parts might fit so you can expand your search.  Checking some of these links or the manufacturer might help you out.  If nothin else will keep ya busy for awhile.

Hay Rusty, your car will be all chev so you should be able to use B body chevrolet brake kits for the likes of an 63  implala 

you will have a x chassis too justA like the chevs, usa 63 ponti have parallel frame design .... just like this

Kiwi is correct. The Canadian Laurentians used Chevy chassis and drive trains back in the day. So looking for a Chevy Impala disc brake kit should work for you.
