Hey people,

Photos and videos of Saturdays event including the Poker Run before the Event, which was pretty cool.

Perfect weather in Paradise helped make it a great day.

The only downside - the car threw a hub cap 5 minutes after leaving home 🤬 Spent ½ hour looking before I ran out of time and had to go. Went back in the afternoon and spent another 1 1/ hours, ain with no luck. not happy...

Good day though 👍

Where's the stalker? Didja finally ditch her?

Excellent coverage, as usual. I gotta admit though, every time you take your car out and something falls off or fails, I snigger to myself whilst still retaining some empathy for you. Seems to be the enduring curse of insisting that an old car gets out and about...a bit like taking Grandpa out but you're never really sure if he's gonna lose his shit, or worse make a mess. Good times.

You might want to devote some time to recovering that hub cap - the damn things are rare and expensive to replace IF you can find one.

I've devoted about 3 hours to it, even about 1 ½ hours with a metal detector one of the neighbours loaned me. Nothing.

And...I've offered a $100 reward for return on the Sunshine Coast Local Traffic FB page. A heap of comments, suggestions, words of support and shares, but...nothing.

Currently posting on some FB Groups I'm a member of to see if I can either net another good one to match, or find a really nice set of something else that will suit.

And you do know that trying to balancing out your sniggering with empathy doesn't result in positive vibes, don't you?

I can justA see fitzy taking pop out …

pop what that stuck up your arse !!!

pop ::: what ?

fitzy ::: what’s that shiny round thing sticking out of your arse ???

pop ::: what ?

fitzy ::: pffft doesn’t matter pop !!! I will justA call Paul and tell him I found his hub cap !!!! :rofl:

It's a bit like working on the engine and you drop a bolt and then kneel down to retrieve it and it has apparently gone to another dimension - never to be seen again. Not just any old bolt - it's a special Pontiac specific one made in 1965 and you can't get them anymore. Made in their factory on Jupiter.

Mate - my GP spluttered and missed for months and I would lay awake trying to figure out what was causing it. I'm sure there were plenty of sniggers and pins in effigies from the FP crowd. Your turn now.
