Been away from the Forum for a bit due to having a son and working on my GP.  Things are coming along, though!  The 462 is almost ready to drop in.  How has everyone else's projects going?

Congrats on the kid and progress on the GP!

What's left on the GP build you got going on?

Thanks!

Along with the new engine, I'm installing a Tremec TKX 5 speed.  After the new drivetrain is in and operating correctly I will start getting the body work cleaned up.  It has some rust on the rear quarters.

Thanks!  Yeah, he will definitely be raised in the car scene as myself as well as my brother in law and his son are quite passionate and involved.  Hopefully he takes an interest in classic cars like I did.

Started life as a 455. Bored .030 over with Keith Black dometops and Crower 60242 Cam, Edelbrock performer intake and RARE exhaust manifolds.  Will be sporting Holley Sniper Stealth EFI. Hoping it will be a fun street setup in this big car.  My factory 389 is in storage and will be kept for posterity's sake.

Was able to put the engine in this weekend.  Hopefully I will be able to get everything else installed next time I'm in from work.

I'm using the Ram Air Resto headers that are alot more accommodating than long tubes.  And I am using the 45 degree oil filter adapter and Ram Air Resto's extension block.  The serpentine kit is from CVF Racing.
