This is the voting for the 2011 Forever Pontiac Desktop Calendar! There will be 2 rounds of voting since we had 26 members submit pictures! The first round of voting you get 1 vote per poll, there are 2 polls and each poll holds 13 people. To make this fair the top 8 people at end of the first round of voting (December 20th) will get 8 spots in the calendar. If you didn't make one of those you get another shot at being voted in the remaining 3 spots, voting for that ends December 31st. If you didn't make the calendar after that don't feel bad because the final 12th spot will be a collage of all members who didn't make it for any other month.

First round ends: December 20th!

Second round ends: December 31st!

Sorry Bam, a lot of people missed it and I feel bad but I can't let one person in because that would lead to having to let everybody in and re-doing the whole thing. Sorry again but there will be next year

how come we didn't do one vote with 12 choices like we did on g6p. votes are going to primarily be spread evenly as most people will vote themselves, then one other person from the other poll.

Crimson, please read the opening paragraph Explains how this will work and we couldn't do one vote with 12 choices because there was 26 people who submitted photos...

I'm loss in what you're saying if there were 12 people up there, there would be no sense in voting because there would be the calendar... and we have 26 people so to get to 12 we would have to lose 14.

I think maybe he's saying that we should put all 26 up and vote for the 12 we like the best. Then the top 12 get in. Only one round of voting. (Except, in our case we would have to do 11 votes, and the 12th month is everyone else.) It's a good idea but I don't think we could do it with the polling system on this board.

Exactly why we are doing it this way. The IPB version we are on does not allow multiple votes so we can only do it this way but in reality the results here are 94% probably what you would be getting with doing it that way.
