I'm going to take the high road and say "FORD Dude, you're one hell of a workout artist."

I can honestly say, it takes alot of discipline and control to get your body to a level of competition where you're at, and dang dude, you really did nail it.

And Bam, Thank you so much for the serious comments that are positive. They mean a lot. I get all these smart asses (mostly my friends, which i kind of understand cuz i am too) but its hard to catch those kind of comments when you live a sport, its a lifestyle more than a sport. Its what you eat, how you sleep, what you drink, when you wake up, all the time. And people just make snide comments like, wow your tan looks orange, or put some damn clothes on or something else stupid. its a bit of a slap in the face. So i appreciate the comments from you Bam

and thank you too mark but there are some freaks in the army lol. i saw on bodybuilding.com they had an all military bodybuilding competition and there were some beast ass dudes in there
