Well I have been custom building a Short Course race truck. I got it running and tuned today.

Oh and its a RC Truck haha. I race Short Course RC Trucks. This aint no cheap walmart rc. its a high end race truck. I love the thing. Going to Races are fun as hell.

so the truck is a Traxxas Slash 4X4 Platinum Edition. I bought it as a roller and added my own aftermarket parts. with the lipo batterys and ESC(electronic Speed Control) and motor this thing should have a top speed around 40-50 MPH. not sure what the top speed is with the tuning I have been doing on it.

I still have to work with the camber and toe in to get it driving the way I want it. I dont have any pics of the ESC and motor installed yet but I will sometime.

the Platinum Edition was the high end edition that traxxas only made for a few months.

I went to North Carolina last month and took my 4x4 with me. I had a blast running it. I didnt think to put my GPS on the truck till I killed the battery but on Long grass and rough terrain I was hitting 30 MPH. so I want to see what it does on a flat road with a fresh battery. but heres the pics and vids.

bigsquidrc.com is a big name in RC and they picked my Photo for there Photo of the week :lol2:
