Whats the scope with the '69 Judge with the Ram Air V motor?

Thank for the kind words. The RA V  '69 Judge poster states  " 400 Ram Air V with a super rare 455 forged steel stoker (stroker maybe?) crankshaft, all correct GM Ram V internals ". Turbo 400,  original 10-bolt rear with 4:10 Safe-T-Track, interior original, new paint.

Ah okay....so he essentially gathered up all the correct Ram Air V parts and built it himself/had it built. This was not a factory built engine or anything particularly special then. Cool though. Those parts are rare.

A fellow club member is trying to put together a Ram Air V engine himself. He has the heads and the intake so far. That was a smal fortune onto itself I guess.
