  1. I took a few pics of The Phoenix today because I just washed her and I felt like a boss.
  2. Gapped and installed 8 brand spankin' new spark plugs! Fixed faulty connection for the #5 Cylinder on the distributor, BYE BYE MISFIRES! Also got some GUNK Engine Degreaser, it made some of the Chevy Orange come off and guess what was under it!? PONTIAC BLUE xD hahaha
  3. we have a hawk that has nested in our garage. A really strange place but there is so much room above the rafters and there is a large vent opening on the upper side. I don't blame it for nesting tho, its a safe place. I live in a rural area so this guy just has to fly a few feet from the garage to find some tasty rabbit. Now my garage is the home of two birds of prey
  4. I heard that the Holden Ute might see its way to America also.
  5. The ladies love this one In front of the only girl that wont break your heart Rockin' the tie at a wedding Old photo from Freshman year. WOW LOOK AT THAT HAIR!

  8. X-ray vision! Activate! I see.... I seeeeee! A yellow dipstick! Oh btw, how did you do this? It looks sweet. Im guessing some sort of color donging technique using 2 photos from of the hood down and up from the exact same position?
  9. I want to paint my engine Pontiac Blue. ....So what if its a 305 Chevy?..... ITS IN A PONTIAC. ......STFU! DON'T JUDGE ME!
  10. I like the black honeycomb. I'd see the black as a highlight, you know?
  11. Damn! I love it. Not a fan of the blue arrowhead. I like classic red But nonetheless amazing car!
  12. Yep, it is protocol. They do it to prevent high-tech stuff from getting into the wrong hands. They did the same thing in Somalia with Super 6-4 and Super 6-1.
  13. I heard the same thing. SEALs went in after being dropped in via UH-60. There was stiff resistance with a heavy firefight and he was killed in the crossfire. They took his body and then exfiltrated rapidly. There was a reported UH-60 crashing sometime during the mission. This just in. The US didn't kill him. He killed himself because he was fed up with the Playstation Network because he couldn't play Portal 2 with Bush.
  14. Man I would totally go if I could. I need to start taking my Phoenix to shows and getting tips about how to continue restoring it
  15. [youtube]http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vlIm-riMN6Q
  16. I bet grassroot/green team assholes object to putting it in the ground. Precautions were most likely made to prevent soil contaminates such as gas or oil, but you know how fanatics are, I G N O R A N T.
  17. You must. If you die and it is sold who knows who will get it. Some broski might rice it out.
  18. ahhh shoot. Oh well. thanks for looking thought! I appreciate it. I think I will just get the stickers. Cheap yet effective.
  19. Congrats man! And Congrats to everyone that got nominated! Not all cars are worthy of POTM.
  20. I did haha. But it was a nice Saturday afternoon, sunny and dry, great for painting. Here is a comparison to what it used to look like. I will tell you that the inside where the filter and carb opening didn't even have a trace of black anymore, just orange. Safe to say this paint-job helped my engine too because the rust flakes wouldn't get into it.
  21. I figured out the Anchors! Here is a repost of my latest. I move it down here. UPDATE APRIL 30, 2011 I'll start off with a list of things I did: Mostly engine bay work: April 29: New wheels put on. 14 inch, 225/60 aspect ratio. April 30:v I started off by painting my grinding down the crap off my oil cap and painting it canary yellow. I did the same with the tip of the dipstick. I painted the Transmission dipstick the same way but a nice bright red. Both of them were just grey with engine grime on them. I then took out the radiator coolant overflow container out and cleaned it the filled it back up. While I was at is I took the container for the wiper fluid out and clean the little pump and took out the crap gunking it up. I then took out my battery pan (had to take battery out to get to coolant) so I said "What the hell" and painted it gold as a tribute to my car's original factory color. What I REALLY did today was grind down, prime, and paint my carburetor pan. It is now a metallic sparkle silver (sparkle went well in my mind because the cars paint is also sparkly) I was black and rusted, the inside was worse because it had water sitting in the pan for a long time. And just because I could I replaced the nut that held it in place with a wing-nut. smile.gif New Tires! No more studs! Transmission and Oil Cap/Sticks Inside of the wiper fluid container Toothbrush and stick ducktaped to clean the wiper fluid container xD Gold Batt pan. Metallic sparkle paint on carburetor pan Fun pictures smile.gif
