  1. Well guys, I can't seem to stay away from Pontiacs. I was screwed over for parts on my Honda and decided that I didn't want to modify the Civic. So went on the prowl for something new. Found thid beauty near me and went to take a look. This morning the owner and I came to terms. I will be taking delivery of the car Friday. 1998 WS6 102xxx miles Black/black leather in great shape. LS1 6spd T-Tops "High flow" cats Headers Car needs both window motors replaced, front tires replaced, and an alignment. I'll have a ton of pictures of the car on Friday for you guys. So for now you will settle with this.

    My other project

Hell yeah Barry, I haven't touched the car in months since I'm so broke. I'm hoping for a new job this summer so I can really get this project going.
  3. Love coming back here to check on the work being made to this car! Keep it up man.

I have no clue how that trend caught on.

Why thanks. I can't wait to get this bitch running correctly. It should be pretty fun.

Tell me about it, but its already turbo and a 5spd. I couldn't go wrong.
  9. Been about a year since I have checked in and all I can say is wow. Engine bay looks incredible man and loving the battery set up. Sucks about the motor but you will get it healthy and get this beast running soon! Keep it up!
  10. Yes you do, great in gas when you stay out if it and makes you feel like more if a man lol.
  11. Well long time no see you guys. Figured I would stop by and post a few pontiac parts for sale and update with my cars. Nothing really new with the car. I picked up a set of Enkei shoguns, which I've been searching for, for years. They need a bit of work but I'm pleased. I've replaced the headunit with a Pioneer avh-p3200dvd. Here is my current shopping list. Eibach GC's Tokico blues Ingalls camber kit (purchased) Type R lip hfp sides Type R rear lip OEM Fogs That's really all I'm set on doing at the moment. Should look a little bit like this with the shoguns. Random pics of my car now. Here they are placed in front of the the stock wheels, hence it looks odd. And just some recent ones.
  12. First the problems. It is presently not drivable. Has bad compression on one cylinder, around 75 psi. I suspect it is a broken ring land. Also is leaking much oil from the front main seal (the primary reason it is not drivable). The clutch is slipping when heavily loaded, so it possibly got oil on it, though I am not sure of the cause of that. The windshield has a crack running across it. Transmission will grind 3rd unless you go easy on it, as is common to these cars. Engine will start and run, though. So my plan of action is to replace the motor and transmission. It would be cheaper than rebuilding them. original stock F22 with 202xxx 5spd chipped ecu Zeitronix ZT-2 wideband afr meter (will connect to computer for data logging etc) and lcd display which shows boost/vacuum and air fuel ratio stainless header which has been reinforced to avoid cracking t3/t4 turbo (do not know the manufacturer) internal wastegate saab bov silicone couplers with t-clamps aluminum piping intercooler mounted discretely behind the bumper exedy stage 1 clutch Optima battery The headliner, carpet and all interior behind the front seats is removed. Presently there is no exhaust installed after the downpipe, though I have the rest to go with it. I paid $400 for the car as it sits. Laugh if you want, cry, make jokes, I don't care. It will be a fun little project.
  13. Hey guys. I found a few parts in my basement that some might be interested in. I don't know if anyone needs/wants this stuff. If not I'll just toss the parts or "donate" them to the mom and pop auto parts store here. First is a set of indiglow gauge overlays for 96-98 grand am. These are the ones that GLOW. They stopped working one day because, for the life of me I can't remember the name of this part, the little black box crapped out on it. I was just going to replace it but never did. Can be purchased for a few bucks Second. Serpentine belt for 2.4L engine. Never used. Third. Rear shock mounts for 96-98 grand am. I have no clue what else they fit, but probably some cavaliers and earlier grand am's and sunfires. I also have a 2.3l HO intake manifold that is sandblasted and ready to be painted or polished. I have no clue what to ask for these parts and nor do I care. Just pay shipping on what you want and they are yours.
  14. Should look into the plasti-dip thing that people are doing.
  15. Stunning. Just a beautiful car. Normally I would have some choice words to say, but I'm so impressed by what you have accomplished I have nothing but great things to say. I'm saving some pictures for my personal pontiac pic collection.
  16. Nice ride. So that's where those air brushed pieces went to.
  17. Had an amp just like that. Loved it. I would consider getting this from you but I'm really needing 500 stable. That alpine is a little too much power for what I need. Unless I go a different set of subs.

  19. To hell with the haters. If I find an accord like that for 400 and I have a place to keep it I will pick it up in a heart beat. Those things are solid, hell if it didn't have any issues and body was still in that condition, you could get 1500 for it easily. great pick up.
  20. Cliffs: Discovery Automotive tuner totals customer's Ford GT which he keeps referring to as "gal" and denies responsibility. To add insult to injury, files personal injury claim on customer's insurance. My SE/GT

Great rebuild. Always wished my old gagt was that color.
  22. Ya school is REALLY kicking my ass this semester especially with all the lab work. So I've been lurking but haven't really posting lol But I am still around, so fear not! lol I've made a few friends on honda forums and lets just say, I might, maybe, possibly have a hook up on a k20 for the car but I'll be around more.
  23. Just a small update, here is what I have for the car. Pioneer AVIC-D2 with nav, ipod, dvd Picked this up for only $100 so I couldn't say no. OEM fog lights, with harness and OEM switch and the guy threw in 3000k HID's for them (not installed) and a gauge cluster dual gauge pod. Picked up 8ball shifter just haven't installed it.
